Interim Report

Mr Wolfgang Ellenberger, born on August 1st, 1955 in Munich entered our company on December 1st 2000 as Training Specialist.

CALCUCARE is a daughter company of Fresenius Medical Care and offers as a service company complete solutions for data management in the health care field.

As TTT TrainTheTrainer Mr Ellenberger was responsible for multi-lingual trainings, the visualizing of complex system procedures (MS Visio) and for the conception of a multi-lingual web-based onlie help. Other than that he prepared the printing version for the manuals and created presentations for the system.

Based on a re-organisation of our company Mr Ellenberger took the position of Medical Reporting and was responsible for the definition of expressive medical reports collaborating closely with german, spanish and italian nephrologists.

Beginning the roll-out of our system in different countries Mr Ellenberger was positioned as Deployment Engineer in Italy. He took over the Project Management of the italian roll-out. First he performed trainings on site in the clinics and later was responsible for the continuous support and the roll-out of further centers in Naples/Italy.

Mr Ellenberger identified himself always in a positive way with the company and his tasks. He followed continuously his self-defined targets and demonstrated an extraordinary engagement at all times. Even in difficult situations Mr Ellenberger keeps up a positive attitude. He has a good medical knowledge and a high responsibility. Mr Ellenberger worked very independently with his own planning and has good results. He is perfectly fitting to the challenges of his position.

We want to underline his high stressability which he proved during his activity abroad.

Mr Ellenberger is fulfilling a wide range of very different tasks. We have been satisfied with his output and successes at all times.

His attitude towards directors, colleagues and clients has been always correct. Especially we want to mention his friendliness, readiness to help and open-mindedness.

In our internationally oriented company Mr Ellenberger could take perfect use of his profound english and italian knowledge. He has good MS Office, Frontpage and Visio knowledge.

Because of a change in the structure of our service and sales we agreed with each other to finish our contract by 31 March 2004 since we regret not to be able to offer him an adequate position according to his abilities in our company.

We give him our merits already at this moment for his high performance and we are sorry for the separation. We give our best wishes for good success to this engaged and efficient colleague.
